"Safe:" Splitrock Lighthouse 3D art piece, Northern Lights Art

This stunning piece of art depicts Split Rock Lighthouse set against the Northern Lights.  This replica of a Minnesota landmark was handcut on my scroll saw using hardwoods like cherry, walnut, maple, and wenge (lighthouse), and tree bark (cliff).  I placed these elements on the hand poured epoxy backer and framed the piece using locally reclaimed white oak.  This would be the perfect gift for a lighthouse enthusiast or Minnesota collector.  This piece of art is the only one of its kind. 
 
I hand make all of my pieces in my home workshop in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
